Draw a circle of goats.
Notice that there are three goats in each position.
Label the goats in multiples of 3's ie: 3. 6. 9...
Print a picture of a bridge with a troll beneath.
Attach the goat wheel to the back of the bridge with a paper fastener.
Begin skip counting by turning the wheel.
